Fresh herbs for winter season.

How to keep herbs over the winter.

Freeze fresh herbs in olive oil to use when not in season.

1. Gather herbs that you like the most.

2. Put them into a form of ice cubes and pour olive oil over.

3. Put into the freezer and use it whenever you need.

Egg rolls stuffed with cheese and baked. Perfect for breakfast or evening.

To prepare, we need:
8 rolls
8 eggs
herbs like oregano, parsley, chives (you can choose the herbs you like)
8 tablespoons cream cheese / or another version 8 tablespoons of grated cheese.
salt and pepper
parmesan.



1. Cut the top of the rolls and remove some of the core long enough that we fit an egg.

2. Arrange rolls in pan. Break eggs directly into rolls.

3. We place the cream (or cheese) next to the egg, then sprinkle seasoning and parmesan on top.

4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and put the pan in the oven, let to baking until the egg fryers, and the bread gets golden. About 20-25 minutes.
5. After the egg bake, put the top back on each bread roll and leave them in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Serve warm.
